I had been thinking about adding 3D Glasses support to the Sega Master System II for a while now as I had an extra adapter lying around but while searching around on how this can be done I came across this thread on SMSPower which talked about a reproduction board. One day I turned my monitor on and it started flickering really quickly. After around 30 seconds or so it would come right until I turned it of again. I didn’t get a video of it but it was the same as this video. I have had the monitor for almost ten years, so I am not surprised to see it begin to die. After leaving it for a few days and then finally got around to looking up the problem.

Zero Tolerance is first person shooter for the Sega Mega Drive that supported multiplayer via a system link cable. However this system link cable is rare and difficult to find as it was sold separately.

I saw an Atari 7800 for sale on TradeMe and I had never owned one before, so I decided to place a bid of $95. It came with 3 paddle controllers (only one had the ‘knob’), a two button Atari controller, power supply and the game cart Combat. The game also had the manual and box but the box has seen better days.

I picked up a broken model one Sega Saturn that from the description of the auction suggested that only the fuse was blown from plugging in the wrong voltage. In New Zealand our mains power runs at 240 volts and this was likely a US console that runs on 110 volts.
